Ross and Cindy are New Zealanders who love Bangladesh. When they saw old-fashioned teaching techniques, like rote-learning in teacher centric classrooms, Ross & Cindy started improving education and teacher training in Bangladesh.
Through teaching poorer children, using modern teaching methods, they’ve introduced techniques like inquiry-based learning. The schools they’ve set up are now bursting at the seams.
Since 2006, Ross and Cindy have pioneered multiple ventures. Their schools teach in English. They’re staffed by local teachers alongside short and long-term teachers from a variety of countries.
While Ross and Cindy are Christians, they welcome all visitors who are interested in immersing themselves in this exciting culture while positively influencing the hearts and minds of Bangladeshi students.
